XPCL highly flexible, medium-duty (Multi-Layer)

Material
• Outer layer: high-grade, specially formulated PA6
• Inner layer: specially modified polyolefin

Characteristics
• Very long life time, 15 - 20 years
• Easy cable insertion, low friction inner layer
• Excellent flexibility
• Good mechanical strength at low temperatures and humidity
• Self-extinguishing
• Free from halogens and cadmium
• Temperature range: –50°C to +120°C; Short-term to +160°C


The PMAFLEX conduit type XPCL is a three layer corrugated conduit. It combines the best characteristics of different materials on an inner and outer layers to reach previously unattained performance levels.
This conduit has been especially developed for machine building and equipment with high specification requirements.
