PIS/PIH highly flexible, medium

• Specially modified polyamide 12
• PIS: medium-wall (nominal width 07 to 48), PIH: heavy-wall
(nominal width 56 to 125)
• Self-extinguishing
• Free from halogens and cadmium
• Good mechanical properties also at low temperatures
• Temperature range: –50°C to 95°C; Short-term to 150°C
• Chemical resistance: To fuels, mineral oils, fats, alkalis,
weak acids etc.


These products are preferably used in robotics and flexible tube movements in general machine building. Due to the excellent basic properties of the specially modified material, these products are also suitable for applications exposed to constantly intensive sunlight (UV).
